High-Pressure Boiler Operators or Stationary Engineers License required
CFC Universal certification required
8+ years facility maintenance experience including boiler and chiller maintenance (verifiable experience required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS systems (Maximo)
Ability to safely operate portable hand and power tools
Experience with water tube/fire tube boilers, chilled water systems, and building automation systems
Knowledge of mechanical systems, steam traps, control valves, piping systems, and PLC troubleshooting
Understanding of cooling tower chemistry, water treatment, and compressed air systems
Experience with vibration analysis and predictive/preventative maintenance techniques
Ability to monitor building automation systems and utility/piping systems
Strong attention to detail for data logging and equipment monitoring
Problem-solving capabilities for equipment diagnosis and repair
Ability to work independently and respond to equipment emergencies
