Supervisory experience in performing Ordnance operations and maintenance activities of a similar nature to that which would be performed under the contract.
Experience in the assembly/disassembly of mechanical systems;
Torpedo assembly/disassembly experience or equivalent systems.
Torpedo Operations and Maintenance at the Intermediate or Depot level.
Ordnance Handling operation management
Computer literacy in operation of MS Office type tools
Maintenance process documentation control
Team Leadership experience with technical teams.
Earning/Maintaining technical and administrative job specific qualifications
Qualifications in assembly of MK48 Torpedo component/groups

Experience coordinating technical training and employee development
