Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to HVAC and construction sites
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Lead and supervise duct installation teams to ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards
Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine ductwork requirements
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of duct systems
Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to duct installation and system performance
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations
Maintain accurate documentation of work activities, inspections, and reports
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
