HS diploma or equivalent
2-4 years cable assembly experience
Must be able to read and understand schematic wiring diagrams and process sheets and blueprints
Must be able to use simple electrical instruments to make polarity determinations
Must be able to assemble properly from detailed written or verbal instructions
Move and occasionally lift up to 50lbs. or more
Good vision including passing color blindness test
Use of safety glasses
Use of steel protective shoes or protective shoe covers
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to apply common sense in performing job
