Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, operations, supply chain, or a related technical discipline.
12+ years of aerospace, defense, space, electronics manufacturing, or other high-reliability hardware experience.
Senior leadership experience in Product Assurance, Quality, Mission Assurance, Operations, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing functions, preferably in a growing or multi-site technical organization.
Working knowledge of AS9100 and relevant aerospace, defense, space, and electronics manufacturing standards such as ECSS, NASA, MIL-STD, IPC, or equivalent customer requirements.
Demonstrated ability to build or improve operating systems, cross-functional review cadences, accountability models, and execution processes in complex hardware environments.
Experience working across engineering, program management, procurement, manufacturing/test, suppliers, and customers to move hardware from requirements through build, verification, and delivery.
Familiarity with BOM/configuration management, supplier flowdown, PLM/MRP/ERP workflows, material readiness, and traceability expectations for high-reliability products.
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead discussions with executives, customers, engineers, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
