Drive and PLC troubleshooting, problem solving and installation.
Must be able to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings.
Functional and operational knowledge, troubleshooting, and repair, and maintaining of line voltage(120, 240, 277, and 480) equipment, including switches, power supplies, motors, drives and associated controls.
A strong electrical aptitude for drive and PLC trouble shooting.
Must be computer literate with Microsoft environment.
Performs preventive maintenance procedures on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment on a scheduled basis; Inspects belts, gearboxes, chains, bearings, etc.
A good understanding of heavy rotating equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Strong problem-solving ability of mechanical and electrical systems.
An operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery which includes drives, PLC's, VFD's servos, relays, 3 phase power, communication devices, industrial / electronic controls and power transmission systems. Also, will require familiarity with motors, pumps, gear boxes, chains etc.
Regular repair and maintenance are required in non-production areas including the warehouse, design lab, building, and grounds.
Uses CMMS system for work order implementation, recordkeeping of daily activities, and planned projects.
Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, and devices to determine faults and failures.
