High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. close to the body and 35 lbs. away from the body 60% of the time.
More than 50 lbs. 40% of the time with assistance.
Visual acuity (corrected) to read directions, prints and gauges.
Frequent bending, stooping, twisting and lifting (assisted and unassisted).
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
The ability and willingness to use the company designated personal protective equipment.
Address and function with basic computer skills as defined by the company.
The ability to read and interpret information from prints, factory orders, routings and other internal documentation in hard copy or electronic formats.

Meet quality and productivity requirements.
Follow lock out/tag out and other safety procedures.
Attendance and punctuality to company standards.
Function safely in an industrial manufacturing setting where factory physical conditions exist, including shift work as required.
