One year minimum manufacturing experience.
Proven experience as an assembler
Be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Cross-referencing documents and parts
Use of hand tools (Torque screw drivers)
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 50 lbs. (sometimes more, depending on the job)
The task repeats 6 -7 times per 8-hour shift
Ability to stand for extended periods (8 -12 hours)
Frequent walking throughout the floor to clean, allocate, receive, pack /unpack materials and parts
Regularly need to bend, twist, kneel, or squat
Frequently reaching above the shoulders or below the waist
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with hands, such as assembling small parts, packing, or sorting
Vision and Hearing: Visual acuity (with or without corrective lenses) to read labels, gauges, blueprints, or assembly instructions
Tolerance for light noise, dust, light, and light soldering smoke
Exposure to moving mechanical parts (Must be able to wear PPE - Steel-toed Shoes, Safety Glasses, protective gloves, and Electrostatic Control Coat)
