Must be proficient in the programming software currently in use as well as MS Word and Excel.
Understanding of ANSI Y 14.5 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing .
May be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance at the appropriate level (requires U.S. Citizenship).
Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by government standards.
Minimum of 3 years' experience as an off line CNC programmer.
Requires high school education or equivalent.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Ability to interact effectively with peers and supervisors.
Ability to adhere to workplace rules.
Must be able to visit Machine Shop in order to explain programs and solve programming problems.
