Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Basic computer skills for documentation and inventory tracking
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends, sometimes on short notice
Dependable attendance and strong safety awareness
Ability to work independently while staying engaged with the team
Prepare accurate manifests and bills of lading
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming shipments
Safely load parts and materials in compliance with federal shipping regulations
Maintain documentation and inventory records, including hazardous materials
Inspect equipment to ensure safe operation
Accurate calculation of shipment weights for legal truck loading
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to wear required PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes, gloves, etc.)
Frequent standing, walking, bending, gripping, pushing, and pulling

Ability to work in hot and cold conditions
