Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
1-2 years of relevant work experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment
High level of mechanical aptitude, lean manufacturing knowledge, systematic problem solving or root cause analysis experience.
Decision Making and Problem Solving: Able to take action in solving problems with exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues. Hands on data driven decision making.
Leadership and Teamwork: Able to complete projects by facilitating effective teamwork and empowering employees to understand, own, and control the process.
Working Environment: Shop Floor, Office.
Physical Demands: Sitting or standing for long periods of time, may be required to lift up to 50lbs; extended periods of time using a computer screen.
Required PPE: Check for required PPE in areas you may be working in.
Safety Glasses: Needed in all areas of the plant.
Steel to shoes: Needed in all areas of the plant.

CPP will require proof of status prior to employment.
