Minimum of five years of Salesforce development experience with hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Aura Components, Flows, and Triggers
Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University is required
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud data model and features, and experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (HL7/FHIR, EHR/EMR integrations preferred)
Proficiency in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming)
Experience with Version Control (Git)
CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Hands-on proficiency with Agentforce, Prompt Builder, generative AI concepts, and responsible AI delivery is required
Experience with Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, PHI/PII handling)
Experience with Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, Data Masking, OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors)
Enterprise AI/ML services or external models
Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are preferred
Travel as required to support client engagements, team collaboration, and business development activities
