Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using the intranet, and management information systems (MIS)
Ability to communicate clearly, orally and in writing
High School diploma or equivalent required
OSHA guidelines adherence and adherence to company policies, SOPs, and housekeeping standards
Comprehension skills and ability to operate forklift trucks and other related powered lift equipment
Basic math skills and familiarity with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices preferred
Possess good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting forklift equipment issues
Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently, and stand for extended periods
Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations
Forklift certification license or ability to obtain forklift certification license

Ability to operate forklift trucks and powered material handling equipment to transport materials between storage areas, loading docks, and designated work zones
