Successful completion of on-the-job training; completing levels 1 and 2 of the positional training offered.
Forklift operator certification.
May need to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to work in various types of weather.
Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds at times, occasionally lift/move up to 100 pounds, and push and/or pull 50 pound loads at a time.
Starting Pay: $14.50 / HR
Must be able to use the three point hold when getting into trucks and/or forklifts.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Two or four year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar major preferred.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Must have OSHA/ safety compliance awareness and ability to conduct routine safety inspections and investigations.
Complete a Sysco approved defensive driving program
Must be able to keyboard proficiently. Utilize canned reporting. Create specific ad hoc reports to identify areas for improvements. Proficient in Microsoft office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint as well as numerous variants.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Working knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
