High school diploma or GED required (SCS Reading Comprehension assessment may be accepted in place of GED)
Ability to clearly speak, read, and write English
Able to work in a seated position for extended periods
Strong manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination for precision tasks
Ability to distinguish the colors red, orange, yellow, blue, green, and violet
Able to meet near-vision requirements: Read Jaeger No. 1 at 14”, No. 2 at 20”, or No. 3 at 24” (with or without corrective lenses)
PCB experience preferred but not required
Follow all processes, work instructions, MSPs, and verbal/written directions
Perform basic masking, demasking, and inspection tasks using small hand tools, microscopes, and other support equipment
Inspect your own work to ensure quality standards are met
Disassemble, clean, refurbish, or reassemble coating fixtures as needed
Follow Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling requirements when appropriate
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
Operate precision measuring instruments and record results when required
Work in a clean-room environment, following clean-room protocols, PPE requirements, and hygiene standards
Maintain a neat, orderly work area
Follow all plant and corporate safety guidelines
Handle, label, package, ship, or dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with regulations (when applicable)
