Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour (paid weekly)
Temporary, with potential for temp-to-hire
Read and interpret basic technical drawings
Strong aptitude for following detailed written and visual work instructions, including photo references
Prior experience in a mechanical, manufacturing, or production environment (preferred)

Minimum of 6 months experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, safety documents, and technical instructions
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs
Ability to work in a noisy, dusty, industrial environment with exposure to heat and non-toxic fumes
Ability to work with machinery, moving parts, cranes, and vehicles
Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, with ladders or scaffolding
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods on hard surfaces
Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, climb, and reach overhead
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
Ability to work overtime as required
Ability to complete JCI Brazer training within 30 days of hire
