At least one year of experience in warehouse settings
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Attention to detail throughout the shift
Sit-down or cherry picker forklift experience
Able to operate forklifts safely
Experience with material handling in a warehouse environment
Knowledge of warehouse safety compliance requirements
Competence in basic equipment inspection and pre-use checks on forklifts
Ability to verify item numbers, quantities, and locations during picking
Ability to work as part of a team
Pre-employment readiness to discuss schedule confirmation and job expectations
Ability to discuss previous responsibilities, teamwork, and accuracy in order picking tasks
