Venue Operations Manager

Maintain daily operational readiness across assigned venues and ensure all spaces remain in “event-ready” condition at all times

Maintain and update Open Logs across Google Sheets and Slack in real time
Coordinate and track operational receipts, invoices, and vendor documentation with Operations Management

Oversee routine inspection and maintenance of operational infrastructure including:

HVAC systems and maintenance coordination
Doors, locks, and emergency exits
