Experience working in a manufacturing or assembly environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Frequent use of hands for assembly and tool operation
Follow assembly drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to meet product specifications
Fit and align precision electro-mechanical components to ensure proper functionality
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to build and complete assemblies
Support installation of wiring and sub-assemblies as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all safety guidelines
Meet production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
Ability to work independently while following clear instructions
Comfortable using basic hand tools and measurement tools
