Experience in fire alarm system programming, testing, and troubleshooting.
Must be familiar with specialized software and equipment used to program fire alarm systems, and have knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing these systems.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential, as is excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates must also possess a valid driver's license and have the physical ability to perform the job duties.
Completion of a degree or certification program in a related field may also be required.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders.
Physically able to install system hardware and wiring.
Must be able to lift 35 pounds at a time.
