Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or management responsibility.
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Experience managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
Demonstrated success establishing and maintaining internal controls.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and reporting.
Experience with ERP and accounting systems such as: NetSuite Oracle SAP Microsoft Dynamics Sage QuickBooks Enterprise Similar enterprise accounting platforms
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to balance strategic financial leadership with hands-on accounting responsibilities.
