Experience within restaurant, food & beverage environments
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
Support ad-hoc financial projects and assist with real estate reporting when needed
Lead month-end close and prepare full financial statements (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow)
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, operational setting
Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and external consultants
CPA required
Build and maintain detailed cash flow forecasts; identify liquidity risks
Maintain accurate accounting records and internal controls
Analyze sales trends, margins, and operational costs to identify opportunities for improvement
5+ years of financial management or FP&A; experience
Ability to commute to New York, NY
Process invoices, set up vendor accounts, and maintain W9 documentation
Conduct and reconcile monthly inventory counts
Perform bank reconciliations and oversee daily cash positioning
Review daily cash and credit card sales; reconcile against POS systems
