Scanning Technician

Must be local to region
Travel will be based on the location of physical files requiring scanning, and candidates will follow the workload accordingly
Reliable transportation is required, as frequent travel between sites is an essential part of this role
Experience working on a large-scale scanning and documentation project
Practice in quality assurance and control
Handling of secure documents
Knowledge of transferring hard copy data into a digitized format is a plus
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with Stakeholders and team members
Ability to manage project timelines effectively
Strong problem-solving skills
Smart Phone – for communications with team
Travel costs: mileage reimbursement provided for travel exceeding 50 miles or 1 hour from home base ($0.70/mile) one way OR for travel exceeding 100 miles or 2 hours from home base
Contract position based out of Shreveport, LA
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr
