Located and attached appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies

Scan documents into database

Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
Minimum 1-year prior receptionist/administrative assistant experience
Pay at $13.58 an hr
Transfer information from system-to-system accurately
Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management and other applications.
