High school diploma or GED.
Extensive experience in ship repair, marine construction, or heavy industrial operations.
Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple crafts or production teams.
Take an active role in compliance with HSEQ Management System.
Ensure safe working conditions across all assigned work areas.
Participate in Job Safety Environmental Analysis (JSEAs), hazard recognition, work observations, and safety meetings.
