Acquisition and maintenance of insurance adjuster license within 90 days and 3 attempts.

3+ years of experience in electrical equipment service, industrial maintenance, or transformer service preferred.
Experience working with medium or high voltage equipment is highly desirable.
Experience in power distribution equipment, switchgear, or transformer manufacturing environments is a plus.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and power distribution equipment.
Ability to perform electrical testing and diagnostics on transformers.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
Familiarity with transformer components, including windings, bushings, tap changes, and cooling systems.
Proficiency with electrical test equipment and diagnostic tools.
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
