Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to quickly learn and apply AE&M; business requirements, processes, and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Capable of rapidly onboarding to account establishment and maintenance tools, workflows, and controls while maintaining alignment with business and compliance objectives.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including effective listening, to clearly communicate with offshore vendors, internal stakeholders, and management.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple levels of employees and management, and with teams operating across diverse cultures and geographies.
Ability to work independently to manage assigned tasks while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and vendor partners to meet service and quality expectations
