Minimum two years experience operating CNC and manual equipment
MENTAL AND VISUAL REQUIREMENTS: High mental and visual attention required for planning difficult work methods and sequences to obtain size, shape, or physical qualities of product.
PHYSICIAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS: Ability to sit, stand, reach, walk, lift, use fingers, grasp, talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions.
Ability to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
EQUIPMENT USED: Ability to operate CNC mill and lathe with live tooling. Operate basic hand and power tools, digital calipers, micrometers, tape measures, band saw, sander, drill press, ear protectors, dust mask, respirator, latex and leather gloves, and safety glasses.
