5+ Years of job-related experience in a manufacturing environment (machining/ CNC strongly preferred).
3+ years of people management experience in a manufacturing setting.
Demonstrated experience in motivating a team to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
Ability to troubleshoot machinery as needed.
The ability to read, understand and interpret drawings and blueprints.
The ability to use quality gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel) and ERP/ systems.

Oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities
Achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits
Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm with OT as necessary
Salary is $62,700 - $93,700
