3+ years of fuel system repair experience at retail gas stations

Ability to occasionally lift/push/pull/carry up to 72 lbs
Ability to frequently lift/push/pull/carry up to 40 lbs
Ability to climb and perform various functions on a ladder at a height of approximately 10 feet.

Obtain training certifications as required

1-3 years maintenance experience with strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities; apartment maintenance preferred.
Refrigeration certification (Type II or Universal) required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, move 300‑lb items on wheels, climb 40‑ft ladders, and use hand tools, test equipment, and hand trucks.
Ability to move heavy equipment such as appliances, laundry machines, building materials, and amenity equipment (often 100–300+ lbs), including up stairs when required.
Comfort working at heights and in varied conditions while performing repairs, upgrades, and resident service tasks using ladders and other equipment.
