At least five years of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance experience in food or regulated manufacturing.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience reading electrical schematics and working with VFDs, PLCs, conveyors, packaging equipment, and industrial controls.
Safe and effective use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment.
Dependable, self-directed, safety-conscious, quality-focused, and able to work with limited supervision.
Verbal and written communication skills sufficient to understand procedures and exchange accurate information.
Remain standing or walking for extended periods and move throughout the facility to inspect and repair equipment.
Position self by bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and working in confined or elevated areas.
Use hands and fingers to operate, adjust, inspect, and control tools, electrical components, and machinery.
Move, transport, push, and pull materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, including with a hand jack.
Ascend and descend ladders and work platforms and work at approximately 25 to 30 feet using a man-lift, as authorized and trained.
