Safely remove standing water, damaged materials, hazardous debris, and other unsalvageable building materials.
Set up, monitor, and maintain restoration equipment including dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, fans, and sanitizing machines.
Record damage, take moisture readings, and maintain accurate restoration documentation for insurance and project management purposes.
Communicate restoration progress and procedures with homeowners and property managers while providing excellent customer service.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Assist with additional restoration and construction tasks as assigned.
Previous restoration experience is strongly preferred.
Individuals eager to learn the restoration or construction industry are encouraged to apply.
Experience using restoration equipment is a plus, including:
Water meters
Moisture gauges
Dehumidifiers
Air movers/fans
Carpet cleaning equipment
Experience with basic carpentry, drywall, painting, or remodeling is beneficial.
