The Maintenance Technician I role at the Lancaster location provides
Support to the Maintenance team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant
Running food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures
Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality
Being responsible for recognizing and reporting employee safety, food safety, and/or quality issues
This is a full-time permanent role, which operates 6PM to 6AM, rotating days/weeks
Overtime may be available depending on the needs of the business
Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
The ability to work overtime and weekends
