6-12 months of experience in commercial cleaning and/or maintenance preferred
Working knowledge of cleaning equipment, small tractors, gators or similar equipment and snow removal equipment, such as blowers, preferred
Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems preferred
Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently and sets goals and objectives
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality and monitors own work to ensure quality
