You have 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in assembly and welding fabrication , with additional experience in scheduling or production control being a plus.
You possess excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, and have experience in conflict resolution within an hourly workforce.
Have experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and/or 5S methodologies.
