7–10 years of bookkeeping experience
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software
Maintain the chart of accounts
Prepare journal entries and general ledger adjustments
Process payroll and maintain payroll records, if needed
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping functions including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual bank and account reconciliations
Adaptability to fast-paced environment
