High school diploma; or GED: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Related equipment experience preferred.
Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to use a computer and work with Microsoft Office software.
Ability to effectively communicate with other team members throughout the organization.
Have strong mathematical skills.
Have mechanical skills. Able to diagnose and fix small repairs to the equipment.
Ability to be on your feet, standing and/or walking, for the duration of your shift.
Ability to perform such actions as bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, reaching overhead, and lifting, sometimes repetitively, throughout the shift.
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Must have the ability to work overtime and occasional weekends to accommodate production needs.
Drug test that checks for THC is required for this role.
