Proven experience as a Warranty Administrator or in an equivalent administrative role within an automotive dealership.
Strong knowledge of automotive service and parts, as well as manufacturer warranty procedures.
Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail, especially in handling financial and compliance-related documentation.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex warranty guidelines to team members and external contacts.
Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license.
A clean driving record with no more than two moving violations or DUI's in the last three years.
The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in various weather conditions.
Frequent standing and walking (up to three miles each day).
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally.
