Facilities Maintenance Vendor Coordinator -Multi Site (Up to 90% Travel)

High school diploma or GED equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in facilities management, building maintenance, or related field preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of progressive facilities or maintenance experience in retail, manufacturing, distribution, or commercial environments
Strong working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA requirements
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as Corrigo, FMX, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of preventative maintenance principles and asset management best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Self-motivated with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation for travel between facilities
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform maintenance tasks requiring standing, bending, and climbing
Willingness to travel within assigned territory with overnight stays; minimum of two site visits per year for each location in the assigned territory
