Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Knowledge of machining processes and basic metalworking techniques
Ability to operate forklifts, hoists, and lifting equipment (or willingness to obtain certification)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in high-temperature environments
Manual dexterity for operating machinery and measuring tools
Must wear required PPE including heat-resistant gear, gloves, eye protection, and steel-toe boots

Associates degree with a Technical focus and 3 years of related experience in general industry; or 5 years of related experience in general industry or successful completion of the ATS Technician Progression Program
EPA Universal Certification highly preferred
Understands HVAC, utility, electrical, and plumbing systems. Can analyze problems and perform repairs
Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate
May be required to travel
The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb, ascend/descend or balance to heights that may require a ladder or lift; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in confined spaces; and talk or hear
