Proficient in AS9102 First Article Inspection. DISCUS/Net Inspect
Root Cause and Corrective Action Investigation e.g. Apollo Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, Five Why's, Ishikawa (Fishbone) Diagram, and Problem-Solving Methodologies/Techniques e.g. 8D, DMAIC
Sig Sigma, Lean and Statistical Analysis and Process Control Tools e.g. SPC, Pareto, DPMO/PPM, etc.
Familiar with use of Coordinated Measurement Machines (CMM) for product acceptance
Electronic/Electrical Test Techniques
Electronic/Electrical Inspection Methods and Acceptance Criteria
