Logistics / Shipping Manager

3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain management
Proficiency with logistics software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Strong knowledge of shipping processes, carriers, and freight documentation
Manage daily shipping and receiving operations, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination with carriers
Oversee domestic and/or international shipments to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with regulations
Coordinate inventory movement, storage, and distribution to meet operational needs
Prepare and review shipping documents, bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork as required
Monitor freight costs and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings
Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and transportation partners to resolve shipping issues
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable transportation regulations
Track shipments and provide status updates to stakeholders
Maintain accurate records in logistics and inventory systems
