A minimum of five (5) years of Quality Management experience is required
A minimum of five (5) years of experience with auditing is required
Minimum of five (5) years of experience overseeing certified management systems, including audit readiness, compliance maintenance, and continuous improvement for: Experience identifying defects in processes and in opening and monitoring corrective actions Experience monitoring and determining the effectiveness of quality program operations, processes, procedures, etc.
Skilled and experienced in Microsoft Office tool suite including SharePoint, Project and Visio
Excellent interpersonal communication - strong written, verbal and listening skills
Strong analytical abilities; task and goal oriented, adept at initiating and prioritizing tasks
Working knowledge of DoD contracting requirements and FAR/DFARS
Experience implementing risk management and continuous improvement methodologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
