High School diploma, or equivalent.
Sustained periods of standing, climbing on ladders, and maneuvering in tight spaces.
Ability to use hand and power tools, and the ability to handle small components accurately.
Ability to lift, carry, and position heavy objects up to 50 pounds, potentially overhead or in awkward positions.
Keen eyesight for detailed work.
Frequent bending, crouching, reaching, and maintaining balance while working on ladders or at elevated heights.
Capability to work in diverse indoor and outdoor environments, enduring temperature fluctuations and inclement weather.
Ability to drive personal vehicle for long periods of time throughout the day.

Stair box/ Stair fabrication and welding (Required)
Steel Fabrication: 5 years (Required)
Read and understand shop drawings and layout stairs and rails accordingly.
Determine the most efficient fabrication method based on shop drawings.
Set up components for welding according to shop drawings and specifications.
Operate hand tools and shop equipment to prepare the parts for welding and assembly.
Align and fit up components accurately and according to shop drawings.
Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions.
Inspect final assemblies for accuracy prior to shipping.
Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures.
Experience in using common shop fabrication equipment such as ironworkers, saws, mag drills, etc.
Ability to read and interpret design drawings and shop drawings.
Willingness to adhere to company safety policies
