High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
Regular/daily onsite attendance is required

Ability to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, ramps, step stools, etc., work in an overhead position and/or reaching, repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands, and or fingers, adjust or move objects in all directions of 100+ lbs., lift and place objects of 100+ lbs., communicate with others to exchange information, operate motor vehicles and/or golf carts, exposed to outdoor weather elements (wind, precipitation) including low and high temperatures and exposed to hazardous chemicals
Able to work overtime, weekends, night hours (on-call property emergencies)

Must have Swing or Grave shift availability.
Must be able to obtain Colorado Springs Guard Card license and maintain it every year.
Must be able to attend in-person interview, and in-person orientation in Colorado Springs if hired.
Must have reliable transportation to commute to and from work.
Willingness to travel 25-30 miles to and from work.
All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
Intermediate computer/technology skills needed to ensure completion of daily activity reports, and logs via handheld devices, and ability to report alarms via telephone.
