High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year in guest services, concierge, client service, hospitality, customer support, retail partnership support, or event support (VIP/high-touch preferred)
Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver luxury-level service to VIP/VVIP guests
Strong coordination and relationship-management skills
Proficiency with email, calendars, spreadsheets, and comfort learning internal ticket/request systems
High attention to detail, follow-through, and discretion with sensitive information
Ability to work onsite full time; occasional evenings/weekends as needed to support VIP/VVIP timelines
Physical ability to work onsite, move throughout the office, and lift up to 25 lbs. as needed
