Schedule: Monday - Friday.
Location: Onsite (General Construction / Residential and Commercial).
Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on audit-readiness and detail accuracy.
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
Proven proficiency in bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
Strong working knowledge of the insurance industry, specifically regarding property claims.

Strong communication and team building skills
SAP experience preferred
5S implementation experience
Associates degree or equivalent experience required
7 years of supervisor/management experience preferred
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Concepts
Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint
Experience in manufacturing leadership, including talent and performance management
OSHA and Safety experience
Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving capability
