Must be willing to work a flexible schedule of 40 hours per week, 7am-3pm with a one-hour lunch (Monday- Friday)
On call 24/7 as necessary in case of emergency
On-site role and reports to the Cruelty Recovery Center (CRC) ASPCA location
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
Minimum 5 years' facilities property maintenance experience with building systems including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry required
Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities management role required
Minimum 1 year experience using work order systems
Valid Driver's License
OSHA 10-hour training certificate (Will need to obtain within 90 days after employment)
OSHA 30-hour training certificate (Will need to obtain within 365 days after employment)
Any applicable Fire/Safety certificates required by local municipalities (Will need to obtain within 90 days after employment)
