Math skills
Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, requirements, and quality clauses.
Ability to interpret and apply GD&T;
First article inspection experience
Receiving and In-process inspection experience.
Precision mechanical inspection experience
Requires the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specification using ASME Y 14.5. GD&T; and skillful use of metrology tools and gages required.
Programming and operating a CMM as well as other QC inspection functions for precision machined components and assemblies
Must be proficient with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, drop indicators, microscopes, etc.
Ability to travel to Supplier's facility to conduct Quality Audits and Inspections
Working knowledge of Document Control and Configuration Management

Adheres to all environmental, health and safety procedures, equipment, policies, and procedures, including any department specific requirements.
