Previous experience advising electrical utility construction teams and communication with clients.
Advanced environmental designation (CHMM, CEP, REHS), preferred.
Bilingual in both English and Spanish, preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Ability to host meetings and conduct training.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple ongoing tasks while working independently.
Ability to work with diverse skill levels and learning styles
Professionalism and adaptability in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
